Grant Process

Fill out the online application by FGS’ deadline (1 week BEFORE the registration deadline of the youth sports association).

Agree to FGS’ Waiver and Consent. Please see application below to complete.

​Pay $25 processing fee. (This will be refunded if applicant does not qualify). Please see application below to complete.

Upload recent paystubs (dated within the last 30 days) for parents/guardians.  [For self-employed applicants] Upload most recent tax return. Please see application below to complete.

Within 72 hours of submitting application, you will receive both an email and text message if your child has been approved for a grant.

​

 

​​​​​​Receiving Equipment

​

• Your email will have specific instructions on how to get equipment for your child.  Equipment is normally provided a few weeks before the first practice.
